Processing Time
All of our art figures are handmade with care. Please allow 3-5 business days for production and order processing before shipping.

Shipping Times
We ship worldwide from Spain (Alicante region).
Estimated delivery times:

• Spain & EU: 5-10 business days

• USA & Canada: 14-20 business days

• Rest of the world: 15-25 business days

Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local carriers.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We offer free shipping on all orders over €198.

Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country.

Lost or Delayed Packages
